Ease of use gets very hot fast warmup cuts thru all my craft projects went thru plastic wood etc.

This thing is utter garbage and will be returning. Worked fine once, burned a punch of holes into a tote for ventilation, plugged it in to use it again and threw the GFI outlet, after resetting the outlet and checking fuse box it no longer heated up. Seller only lets your return via UPS Store and makes you pay for a box to return it so I guess I’ll be throwing this piece of crap in the garbage. Not worth the 18.18 for that stupidity. Long story short don’t buy this crap and just but a soldier iron that has a skinny tip.

Works really well on crafting pumpkins the only issue is that the knife part comes loose so you have to tighten using pliers while in use and the knife is hot I really like the tool happy with my purchase

So this was not the miracle foam board cutter I was hoping for. The blade would not stay put in the device and would “slide” back. I burned myself several times trying to put it back in place so the heat was pretty good lol. The cutting was choppy and jagged. Wish I had taken a pic of the edge of the foam board project I was trying to cut out. I finally decided to super glue the blade in place, however once I did that, it sort of “popped” and whole thing turned off and stopped working! So MY BAD- however if the blade would’ve just stay put, I’d still have this device. No worries tho- it really wasn’t that great of a product. I just threw it away. Since writing the above review, the company contacted me and offered me a FULL REFUND on this item! Very impressive!

Was a decent starting point jus wish it had more attachments okay for the price

Broke easily using to cut through some 1/8 inch thick plastic. Seller reached out unexpectedly to make the situation right. Maybe I just had bad luck.

It worked for what we needed it and will be able to continue to use it for mini projects for our displays and children’s ministry

Blade does not screw in and stay on. i tried to screw it in and without the blade or the metal thing to keep the blade attached tot he holder, it screws in just fine and stays. try it with the actual blade part put on properly and it no longer screws in at all. cheap and a fire and safety hazard. I will say it gets HOT like it supposed to.. but that's really BAD when the blade is that hot and FALLS OFF. i almost got sent to the hospital because of that.

It does what is supposed to. Perfect for my 3D printing. Gets really hot. Be careful. I should use work gloves with it. Make sure the blade is really tight before you turn it on. Cause you cannot tighten it once it's hot. It slices and dices. Clean cuts, clean holes, whatever you need to edit your prints this thing can do it. Hotter than the devil's... You'll be happy 😊

The knife would not cut through the pumpkin so it was useless. We submitted a return/refund request to Amazon. Their contractor (Dragonfly) picked up the package, but our return still shows as not returned. Amazon told us the driver did not scan the item upon picking the item up, so they can't issue the refund. If Amazon knows the item was picked up, why can't they issue the refund!!!!!

I'm changing my review as customer service got in touch with me after I left first review and offered a refund. I didn't expect or think it fair they give me a refund. Though it didn't work for what I originally bought it for I might use it for a less challenging project in the future. Reason I didn't change it to 5 stars it didn't work on hard thick plastic otherwise I would give it and customer service 5 Stars
