Perfect Small Set
This is not a full-sized set so be aware. But I prefer that. It's only a few inches smaller than a full-sized set. The pieces are small, plastic and very lightweight. I often accidentally knock over chess pieces while playing but that's no big deal. I like this set because me and my son can play while sitting on the couch with it set between us. Very happy with the value of the product, great for kids.

backgammon
This backgammon set is just not a good value. I thought since I was going to teach my grandson how to play, I didn't. want to invest a lot of money. This game is cheap..the tokens won't stay in place on the board. I'm going to have to order a better game.

Sub par junk
Not sure how this ever got a 5. Box is sturdy, but dimensions say 15 x 8. Not so, it is 8 x 8. Board is split to fold into quarters which make the thin cardboard even less durable. The checkers are very small half the size that one should be and they don't stack well. The chess pieces are small and lightweight too. Dont buy this piece of crap. Even the sale price was overpriced.
