Good quality product follow instructions very easy.

I used a few good handfuls when making square sausage last week. (50% minced beef. 50% minced pork. S&P, nutmeg, mace, onion powder and garlic powder.) Not only does it help bind and bulk the mixture, but it also adds that slight crunch to the cooked delicacy. I definitely recommend this.

Good quality rusk.
I use tong master for sausage making products, they’re always good quality and reasonably priced, I like this rusk, but use a little less than it says to give a more meaty sausage.
