What is the mint ingredient derived from, as essential oils are toxic to cats?

It states both on the tube and in the description that it is safe for Cats & Dogs, they wouldn’t then put in an ingredient that is harmful to cats, I wouldn’t have thought......

Does it also really remove tartar?

If used regularly (I use it with a good double sided toothbrush on my dog) it prevents it- If there is a large amount of tartar there already you may need a vet to remove it first

Why is this new one I got like see through gel , the normal ones I get was white paste

This one is a white toothpaste, but unfortunately my dog doesn't like the taste very much and prefers Logic, so I won't be buying this one for her again, but I'm sure other dogs may like it.

Has the ingredients changed? I've been ordering this toothpaste for the last 18 months and it's always been white toothpaste but now its clear
