Great
I love it, has a good flavor, but not your typical honey mustard texture, but still amazing.

Good Option, Needs Some Minor Detail Fixes
I like this dressing; the taste is pretty good and stands up decently to other balsamic vinaigrettes. The use of avocado oil as a base is a great and possibly essential feature, especially for those of us who avoid canola! The only thing I didn't like about this particular dressing is that it separates out quite a bit, leaving a frothy, foamy bit on top and a darker layer underneath, and shaking the bottle didn't help to get the two to mix back together again. As for Primal Kitchen in general, I like many of their products, but they really need to seal the tops of their salad dressing bottles with a peel-away seal that goes UNDER the cap, like most standard salad dressing bottles have. Without a bottle-top seal, the shrink-wrap outer covering doesn't always keep the bottle lid from loosening, and then bottles tend to leak in transit. Also the lack of that inner seal makes me wonder about the longevity of the product at room temperature. Most of the salad dressings I'm used to buying tend to say "refrigerate after opening." So what happens when your bottle has a loose cap even before opening? An inner bottle-lip seal would take care of this whole issue.

Best Tasting Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
This is the best tasting (slightly sweet) balsamic vinegar dressing but hard to find in stores. Love that it contains avocado oil! I like to put it on cucumbers for a quick snack.

Strong sesame flavor
The flavor doesn't seem to be well balanced. The only thing I could taste is the sesame flavor. Couldn't taste the ginger or the vinaigrette. Basically, it tastes and smells like pouring sesame oil on the salad.

Run, don't walk past this stuff.
So bad. All their dressings are terrible. I bought this one hoping it wouldn't be bad and it is too. The steak sauce is great but I'm not impressed with anything else. And it's too expensive to buy and not like.
