If you take 1 pill every day and stay on it through allergy season, this stuff works great and it's not expensive. My better half used to get sick every time a cold front came through. I started him on this and he might get sick once or twice and is over the cold or whatever it might be in no time at all. Usually a few days and it's done.

I was having autoimmune issues after taking this product. I didn't realize this was the culprit until a few weeks later when I read the label again. It states people with autoimmune issues should not take this product. I completely missed that. I have celiac disease and have tested positive for nearly every environmental allergy, including those listed on the warning label.

I bought this supplement to help strengthen my immune system but noticed my hip and heel spur pain disappeared! I even feel more motivated and energized everyday! I take only 3 capsules a day and its works well for me.

I take one any time I return from interacting with people. For interactions with many people I also take one before I leave home. Also take when I'm sick. Naturopath says NOT to take it every day - not sure why, though a quick internet search says not for long-term use.

It says you should take 3 caps 3 times a day… si 9 caps a day?! Thats waaaay too much. Even though the quality of the ingredients looks good, i find many other more practical options . Will not buy this again.
