Healthy source of tasty zinc
To help with a very useful source of nature's zinc so useful for us all, but especially helpful for men's prostate protection purposes. Nice and tasty on salad 🥗 or in cooking, especially ground down in say a coffee grinder.

Pine nuts
arrived promptly. Good value However the pine nuts were Spanish organic not Italian as described in the product information. They still made good Pesto however.

Seeds are smaller than I thought it would have been. I've been using an elongated seeds and more bigger than this one.

Pone que son de España y no lo son, parecen de Siberia o China, además tienen en la punta una zona negra de fibra que no se puede masticar. Todo un fiasco de piñón. No los recomiendo en absoluto
