Very cool
My 11 year old requested one of these as a Christmas gift. It is really fun to watch and calming at the same time. Does make a little bit of noise, but nothing too annoying.

As represented, but not what I was looking for
My husband is against getting another fish tank with live fish, so I thought I would look into an artificial fish tank for my mother in law.. This model is... ok. I give it 3½. It works well, and is almost silent, makes a pretty nightlight, and is very colorful. But it's not what I was hoping for. All fish go in the same direction and, at least in my thoughts, it moves too fast! I always see fish in real tanks drifting in more random patterns. Even my mother in law, whom I bought it for and who has dementia, mentioned how fast the fish go around. The fish repeat about every 30 seconds, and even with her state of dementia, it isn't very interesting to her. Other than that, it requires no setup and it does add a bright spot on her bookshelf. My 4 year old grandson likes it though! It is worth what I paid, but having experienced it, I think I will spend the extra $$ to get something more interesting to catch her attention, as she spends most of her day just sitting in her chair now.
