I needed an updated system and discovered this. I'm very pleased with this computer purchase. Perfomance is remarkable & better than expected. Super easy to setup and get up & running. I was impressed with the meticulously thourough packaging, which contributed to safe transport & handling, and a delightful receiving experience. This computer contained virus that almost shut down the entire system. I regret making this deal. Stay away from REFURBISHED computers. They are not safe!!!!!!

they should have sent enough set-up instructions to at least get you to the online instructions, The device works very good so far.

Not sure yet? But the mouse and key board were to be wired. They are not they are made very cheep and need batteries! The reason I ordered this item was because the mouse and keyboard were to be a wired connection. I just hooked up my old key board an mouse which are 10 years old and still working fine without batteries and are quality made compaired to what I received.
