I regret buying the Wipro electric iron. Within a short period, the non-stick coating on the soleplate started peeling off, making it sticky and damaging my clothes. Clearly a quality issue, despite the product being under warranty.What’s worse is the terrible customer support. I reached out via WhatsApp, email, and phone multiple times—no proper response, no resolution. I was tossed around between different WhatsApp numbers and each one was just as unresponsive as the last. Not once did Wipro's team proactively follow up with me. I had to keep calling and chasing them myself.Honestly, I expected better from a brand like Wipro. If the product fails and your customer service doesn’t even care, what exactly are we paying for?Not recommended at all. Save yourself the frustration and go for a brand that values its customers.
