So good!
I honestly didn’t expect to like this chair this much, but it’s been great. The lumbar support actually helps my lower back, and the 3D armrests are super easy to adjust. The mesh keeps me cool, and the chair feels sturdy. Overall, it’s made my work hours a lot more comfortable.

Better than expected.
I searched for a while and the reviews were all good for this chair. I am very happy with the quality and comfort of this chair. Never bought a chair online before and I was a little hesitant not being able to “try” it first. It has many adjustments and is really comfortable both sitting upright and reclined with the foot rest up. The chair rocks and has an adjustment for tension, BUT it also reclines in many locking increments. A separate surprise function that turns the chair into an excellent power-nap hub. Super comfy reclined with the foot rest extended. The arm rests are soft and heavy-duty. Overall this chair makes hours-long WebEx meetings 1000X better. The build quality is excellent, and it was packaged very well. Super easy to assemble, probably took 25 minutes. It looks good too. Additionally, none of the parts including the assembly hardware feels cheap. I bought it for a home office and it doesn’t look like a kids chair. It looks like a high-end chair. Anyway.. hopefully that helps if you are on the fence. Is perfect for me, and I recommend it. Glad I bought over a mesh office chair.

hurts a bit to sit for awhile
i recently got this chair after looking into ergonomic chairs since my former gaming chair had started to break a bit. i do love this chair but a few problems is lower back pain and not being able to lock the reclining(to my knowledge). i will say im not very tall im around 5ft to 5'2 but the lower padding thing on the chair just bugs me a lot💔. also, not being able to lock the chair angle brings me a problem as i can never lay down without having to put pressure or force to stay down.. im not trying to be "im so petite and small" but not being very heavy its hard to keep the reclining back🙁. the headrest also doesn't lock(to my knowledge) so thats also a bit tedious to hear the clicking sound whenever i put my head back. love the chair! but for people on the smaller side, it might not be for u💔

Absolutely miserable experience—uncomfortable, unsupportive, waste of money!
I bought the Hbada Ergonomic Office Chair with 3D Adjustable Armrests & Adjustable Lumbar Support (Big & Tall Mesh Office Chair) hoping for comfort and quality—but what a complete letdown. • Uncomfortable from day one. The seat is stiff and cheap‑feeling, the backrest digs into you, and the adjustable features don’t help one bit. • Lumbar support? What lumbar support? The so‑called “adjustable lumbar support” doesn’t actually support your back. It slips around, doesn’t stay in place, and provides absolutely ZERO ergonomic relief. • Armrests flop around. The 3D armrests wiggle and don’t lock. They feel flimsy and unreliable—completely useless. • No support from Hbada—ripoff service. When I reached out to return it, Hbada ignored me. They offered no help, no label, no pick‑up, and definitely no refund. • A total waste of money. I paid for a “premium” office chair and got something that feels like a $50 piece of junk. Bottom line: Don’t buy this chair. It’s uncomfortable, unsupportive, and with zero customer service from Hbada, it’s a total waste of your money. Buyer beware.

An affordable chair that, so far, works GREAT!
I purchased two of these chairs, and so I'll give the same review for both, but I promise I'm a real person with two chairs today - and my be forced to buy a third for my other daughter. I purchased the version of this chair with the addition of the footrest for me, and I purchased the version without the footrest for my daughter, who is doing all her schoolwork from home these days, and needed a real chair to replace the ball she had been sitting on. The chair was easy to assemble (seriously...) and is quite comfortable. I'm a bit older (and larger) than my daughter, and so the back pillow is actually a nice add on for me; My daughter found it in her way, and has removed it for now - but we both find the head pillow really nice. We are both gamers, and both do "office work" (her, school - me, software), and this chair has been great. I'm a 235 pound guy, and the chair is right on the edge of being thin - but it's not. I am under 6' tall by just a small amount, and I think if I were too much taller, OR too much bigger, maybe this chair wouldn't work - but for me, it's been great thus far. I'm a rocker (Chair, and music), and so time will tell if this will hold up against my abuse, but so far, so great. My daughter has been found quite often with the chair tilted all the way back, listening to music on her phone, and she looks very happy with it. All in all, so far, a great chair for both of us.

Great chair for lower back support
Great chair. I’ve had this chair for a couple of months so far and can’t imagine my day without it. I work from home, so 8 plus hours a day used to be brutal, but not with this chair.

Not much back support and back reclines too easy
I thought it would be better for its medium price point. The Lumbar support is nice but not much support for top of back, the headrest seems far back with no frontal adjustments and chair leans back too easy. The spring is tightened all the way on bottom of chair to its tighest point an am 225lbs. Hopefully it lasts but the plastic, seating and back material mesh I dont see lasting long. Its almost identical to the Sihoo c300 I had which the back plastic support cracked. It seems like identical clone copy but google says both companies use different manufacturers.

If you are 6ft 3 inches, perhaps this is not the chair for you...but it is comfortable.
It was very easy to assemble. Quality is good, although some plastic seem a bit cheap. In general for normal people under 6 ft, it is a good chair. Unfortunately for me, it is designed for people of shorter stature. The foot rest would be better for most if it were a bit further out (3 inches or so), and for taller folks, it would need to be out a few inches more. The pedestal hydraulic lift is a bit low, but would fit most people, but over 6 footers, well it leaves a bit to be desired. For the price you pay though, it is easy to purchase a longer one and install it. I haven't done that, and it might be outside of the designs ability to do the full layback without tipping so if you do, test it first. That is another thing fine about the chair, the full layback and the wide wheel base that allows that to work, where other chairs totally fail when you simply lean back. In any case, I do recommend the chair for those of more normal height.
