Silicon ear tip
Product is good but if you lose the silicon ear tip, you won't find it anywhere online or in the market. The manufacturer hasn't provided an extra ear tip

Terrible earphone
The quality of the lithium ion battery inside the earphone is very bad. After using for one month, it's not charging any more. Hence, the earphone has become useless.
