My twins can use this scissors quite well. It cuts well but not sharp so definitely safe for toddlers. Unfortunately the holes for finger I believe it’s slightly too big for little hands. If it’s a bit smaller i would give this 5 star. However it does the job and they like it. Good value for money too.

Good value scissors
Bought for a set of 3 year olds twins. They loved them and are a great size for their small hands. The pack contained 2 pairs of scissors so was ideal.
