I have a 40lb box on it and it's fine.

What is the depth of the drawer inside?

Not really deep..u only keep batteries, mail and keys inside.

How much weight can this table and bottom shelf hold?

It is a study table-we use it to hold a lamp, holiday decorations, nothing too heavy so I’m not sure how much it will hold.
