GenericQuick Shaft Clamp Golf Club, black ash

I am getting ready to regrip my irons, putter and driver. I don't have a good vice in my workshop and wanted this to hold my shafts. This clamp is a bit larger than I expected and know it will hold my shafts firmly. The clamp frame is thick aluminum and heavy. It can be mounted to a work surface to provide a solid hold for your club shaft. The clamp portion has a thick rubber grip that is shaped to hold your shaft tightly. It opens and closes by turning a handle. In the long run, the handle may be an issue, but I have not had any problems thus far.

For the money this works okay. But I understand why it’s less than half the price of my other clamp. Because it’s about half the size that being said it still works. Would recommend for the hobbyists not someone who intends to use it every day.

This works great and clamps the shaft well. I was able to clamp this in my bench vise easily and it is so much easier to deal with. I use this to hold my golf clubs when I am regripping them or when I am reshafting them. Easy peasy. Open clamp, put in club, close clamp. done.
