Highly recommend! I needed a solution to heat and cool our 500 sq.ft. Beach house. We were on a budget so I needed something affordable but reliable. I was nervous as I had not heard of this brand. My HVAC tech had not heard of it either. I took a chance and purchased the dual zone option. This system has truly been amazing and does a wonderful job! Has a remote control which works well for basic functions. The app is where the magic is though. You can really dial in where you want the air flow to be, temp, speed, etc. It really works well for controlling remotely through WiFi. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend! Buy without hesitation. I even got mine on sale which made it even better.

Well the company is a kind of company that makes good on its promises. Had an issue with damage due to shipping, and company sent another unit. I am more then satisfied, and these units are awesome! Live in Florida so we need AC. The machine was easy to install and works perfectly, also has heat what a awesome thing! It uses less energy then our old unit that cools the room even the ones you arent in. So this is a way better plan for us. If u have a room to cool and a free 30 amp spit in your panel this is the machine ! This model does 2 rooms cant say enough!

Got sent the wrong outdoor unit but after talking to customer support the said it would work. I was just worried about communication protocol's but it works very good. Only complaint is that the line sets are super cheap. Every time I’d flare it and try tightening the nut it would push out. Thankfully I had some different line set that I had laying around instead. Other than the line set it’s a great minisplit for the price.

Works great so far. It is quiet and does the job.

Great price. They didn't replace a damaged unit from Amazon because I didn't open or install it untill after the 30 day return policy. Too bad..I like the product..but customer support did respond, and said there is a warranty on it if it fails.

When you live in Florida and spend a bunch of time camping and your a lover of a good air conditioner. I had my roof job crap out on me for about the 10th time and was talking with a neighber about it and he told me about how some folks were going to mini split ac's. I came into Amazon and came across this one and after reading the reviews, I got one and put it in, had a local ac man come in and finish the job, he checked out the electric, leaks and finished the job making sure it was up ready to go. If antone needs ac in a camper its the way to go. 90% of the folks in our resort complain about 2 and 3 ac's rated at 1300 -1500 btu's not keeping their units cool in 90 and 95 degree weather. That being said I went the Rovsun 2 zone 12,000X12,000 and am very satisfied with it. today it was 95 deg and we were 77Deg inside. With my dometic factory the 77 deg would have been 87-89 depending on the humidity.

We purchased this, ended up brim not the right size for what we needed. Trying to go through return process with Rovsun has been so horrible, I don’t even care how well the unit works. They wouldn’t return messages until Amazon stepped in, they were trying to make us pay to have it returned, and we’re going to charge us a $100 restocking fee. All in total it was going to cost us $400-500 to return, after trying to contact them for a week and a half.Don’t buy rovsun, and if you be really sure it is exactly what you need.

My utility bill was out of control for heating my garage with 2 large electric ceiling heaters. (like 600 a mo for that) so for 700 I bought a 1800btu unit (oversized, my garage only called for 1200-1400) it took me prob 6 hrs solo to install this, pressurized well, had a leak but that was on me in a line not being tight enough. fixed and was ready to rock. its whisper silent which I need, I am a YouTuber and my garage is my studio, I can run it 24/7 without it being picked up on my mics. the controls are a bit "simple" would like some more programming options etc, but otherwise for around what I was paying in one mo of electric, I got this and the bill dropped to around 150 attributed to this.
