If you're a mom looking to protect your little one while they learn to sit up, stand, and crawl, this mat is the right choice. I purchased this mat a month ago, and I have no regrets. I needed something that could cushion my baby's falls, and this mat fit the bill. It provides the extra padding necessary to keep your baby safe, especially when they begin sitting up. I don't have to wince every time my baby falls over now! I'm not a fan of the overall gray color. To keep it clean, I've used baking soda along with a vacuum attachment.. A lint roller is also useful for maintaining its cleanliness. My son tends to drool a lot, but the mat dries quickly. This mat offers good value for the price. It's well-made, and the padding holds up without breaking down. It comes with straps for rolling it up, but I’ve folded it a few times without using the straps just to make room for vacuuming. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to fold it tightly without them. Any creases from folding usually disappear after laying it back on the floor. I also bought a playpen and placed the mat inside, allowing me to keep it out during the day—it’s very functional. I've even slept on it and sat on it with my baby, and it's comfortable enough that I used it after a vaginal surgery. I purchased the 59 by 78-inch mat for $90 with a coupon. While it is a bit pricey, I would buy it again because it gives me peace of mind knowing that my baby is safe from potential falls.

About a year ago I purchased a navy, square version of this rug, and loved it so much that we now have a second one. They are cute, super soft, and the perfect amount of padding for my 3 kids under 4. I love that they are lightweight, easy to vacuum (unlike our previous shag rug) and look really tidy. I have spot cleaned a few spills with no trouble... and my kids eat plenty of snacks on the floor! I am tempted to nap on the floor because they are so comfy, which is a perk since young kids = lots of time sitting on the floor! The colors are true to the photos, and my ONLY complaint is that the edge material holds onto hair/ lint a little more than the main pad; we have a cat and I can't quite get her hair completely vacuumed off the edges. But all things considered, I am super happy with the quality, cost, and upkeep over time. Definitely recommending these rugs to anyone I know with kids and hard flooring!

I was looking for a rug for my living room but wanted something a little more comfortable since we spend a lot of time on the floor. This memory foam mat is perfect! It's super soft and feels really cushioned, making it so much more comfortable to sit or lie down on. The price was also really reasonable for the quality. I did use a steamer to get rid of some wrinkles when it first arrived, and it worked perfectly. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something comfy for your space.

So so soft and plush, perfect for toddlers or small kids

This rug is fantastic. We purchased it for our living room, which doubles as our 18 month old’s play room. I really wanted something soft and plush, so if she fell off the couch while galavanting she wouldn’t hurt herself; it met, if not exceeded, my expectations in the soft landing department. It’s great to sit on and play with her; she’s even lain down and fallen asleep. Some reviewers had problems with the creasing; as soon as I opened it and laid it out it settled very quickly - a few minutes. It does dimple very easily if a chair or heavy object is placed on it, but the material always springs back and does so very quickly. The color was true to the picture, we got the blue/teal and it was exactly like we wanted. Unlike some rugs it does not conceal any dirt or debris, so I guess you could day it gets dirty easily, BUT I want to specify that we have dogs, and do not keep them off the rug, so they track a lot of dirt in from outside. I am actually grateful the rug doesn’t ‘eat’ dirt like our previous rug: I can immediately see that needs to be vacuumed, and once done it’s spotless again. We have a shark ion robot vacuum and run it once a day and it cleans this rug beautifully- doesn’t get stuck trying to go over the thick edge. We have also had multiple spills; milk, food, coffee, barf (baby and canine), slobber (baby and canine) and many other messes; this rug is a dream to clean! I have been able to get out every single thing that has been thrown at it with a wet washcloth and water with laundry detergent in it (All free and clear). At one point I used a Bissle spot cleaner, and it left behind a noticeable spot, HOWEVER I blame either user error or the machine itself, because the next day when I wiped it with a washcloth the spot disappeared. All in all this rug is great and I highly recommend. Shipping took longer than normal for what’d you expect on Amazon (but we get spoiled with free 2-day shipping), and honestly it wasn’t that long and arrived sooner than the expected date.

Plush, comfy, and large is the basic was to describe this definitely worth the purchase if your wanting to set up a kotatsu or just what a nice soft rug. The only “complaints” and I use that word loosely is that on tile or wood floors it slides very easily and that if you eat over this thing it’s a magnet for crumbs so vacuuming regularly is a good idea.
