GE JK3800SHSS Combination Wall Oven, Solid Black

Item was fine. A-1, the seller, would not install or return fee charged for installation service. Cabinet where item to be installed needed minor sanding., they refused to modify leaving my item sitting on kitchen floor plus failed to haul off item crate.

We've just had the new oven for a week but love it. It’s exactly as described. Both ovens work great. The cute chime that signals the microwave cycle completion is nice. Controls seem very logical. Very handsome and hi tech. Delivery was smooth and box and unit unblemished. Perfect blend of form and function!

LOOKS GOOD BUT DOESNT WORK! HAD A REPAIRMAN OUT TO REPAIR AND HE SAID IT WAS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY!! QUILL WILL NOT RESPOND NOR COME TO PICK UP, THEY EMAILED US A RETURN LABEL, WE ARE IN OUR 60'S AND 70' AND DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO RETURN THIS BROKEN APPLIANCE!! BEWARE!!!

We were worried initially about ordering such a large item online. It weighs 175 pounds. Everything worked great. It was shipped on time and arrived in a huge truck and in excellent condition. The delivery people opened the carton and let us inspect it for damages. All was fine. We had a local techinician modify our cabinet slightly and install it. We still are learning how to use it. We are very happy with it so far. We upped ordering it through Amazon although it cost an extra $100 rather then directly from the seller because we wanted the addiional confidence that Amazon inspires. Plus we received $72 from Amazon in rewards anyway. We love it so far and recommend highly.

We bought this GE combo. to replace one that was too old to get parts for repair. We ordered a 27" since the repair man said to do so. Amazon did not give the dimensions so I looked at the same one on the GE home site. When it arrived it was well packaged and arrived with no damage, etc.; however, it was one solid, very heavy, 170 lb unit, rather than two pieces like our previous one. It also was much smaller than the dimensions stated in the GE site. Our cabinet had to be reworked and repainted to fit the larger hole that existed. It took a great deal of work to prepare the cabinet and then to bring into the house, lift into the spot and connect.I have not had the unit installed very long - - - and have used it only a few times thus far. The price was the best I found while researching. If the oven cleans as the advertisement states, I will be delighted.Besides being smaller than the stated dimensions that GE gave, being one single unit fused together made the installation very difficult. I am not happy with the timer sound. It is very soft and there are only 2 settings - - - mute or normal which is very quiet. I have to use my own timer to make sure I know when the cooking process is complete.The unit is attractive in the stainless steel and goes well with my other stainless and black appliances. I expect to really enjoy this new oven combo. and it's steam-clean or self-clean options.

AiQuill provided prompt service, packing was excellent & delivery was ahead of schedule. I would recommend an A1 to A1Quill.

Much smaller than my last 30”. Had to rebuild the cabinet to get it to fit. Cost me $375 extra. Very disappointed
