I have a soda machine and we LOVE this for one of our flavor choices.It's sugar free and it does cause some gastric issues is you drink too many in one sitting or one night. It took me a while to figure out what was causing the issues. But that's only when I do like four of them in a night.For one or two 12 ounce glasses - it's fine, no issues.If I'm feeling festive, I add a few cherries to it. Or vodka. Or both.It really does go A LONG way.I've made probably a dozen liter bottles of this and it's not even half empty.And I got FOUR of these! So I know these will last into the holiday season as well.They are really SO good and SO easy to use. I mean, a few squirts into a bottle of soda water and you're good.But you can customize how much to add.It does use an artificial sweetener, so check what it is and make sure you aren't sensitive to it.

I have the Dole pineapple whip ice cream powder mix. I LOVE IT. I was really hoping these water flavor bottles would be the same heavenly flavor. It's not! It does have a pineapple flavor, but it's obnoxious and gives me a headache. Im not a super sensitive person, but these are pure trash. They slapped the Dole whip name on a product they wouldn't be able to sell otherwise. I've learned a big lesson with this purchase. I've decided to just use the real ice cream powder in my water instead. My daughter won't even use this stuff.

The pineapple flavor is pretty mild and artificial tasting. Easy to use but taste is just average. Expected more tropical flavor for the price. Okay product overall.

Great flavor and low calorie

If you have had the read Dole Whip before, prepare to be very disappointed. Doesn't even come close to the taste of what it is pretending to be. Tastes like chemicals. Definatly not worth purchasing.
