Great for legs and arms. The leg pads leave pretty bad bruising if you bruise easily.

This trainer is much more versatile than I expected. I love that the resistance is adjustable (0-77 lbs), so I can increase the intensity as I get stronger. The built-in counter is a huge plus for tracking my reps. It’s perfect for inner thigh workouts, glutes, and pelvic floor exercises. The material is sturdy and the pads are comfortable against the skin.

Decent size, used it a few times at some in combination with my other home gyms stuff. It gives some good resistance. Good if you work at home and want some quick exercise. Fairly easy to adjust the settings. Doubtful I will use it very often in the future
