Worked fantastic on my 2014 BMW X3. Caution: Use the Twin hook one, the single slide in is not long enough. Also be careful to listen for the "release", I kept trying to screw it lose when it was "already" lose. (my fault) Also as you screw the main bolt in to exert pressure, with your other hand squeeze the hooks together towards center to prevent them from not squeezing all the way in and slipping away. lastly put a few drops of general machine oil on the threads to make them easier to turn. Both the main thread and unscrew the little top one all the way it will reveal another smaller thread that needs oil. Otherwise its hard to twist and you make break something or scratch something or just hurt your hands and fingers. Do all this common sense stuff and its a breeze.

I used the smaller of the 2 devices. And it worked quickly and efficiently. No need to buy the package. I recommend just getting the smaller simple wiper remover

Product came as it should in a brand new sealed package. We were shown how to use it by a glass shop but unfortunately didn’t need it once we received it because the glass shop removed the wiper arm for us because we broke the windshield when trying to remove the arm originally. He supposed keeping it as it has multiple uses. It can be use easily to install in the future to remove wiper arms but you can also use the tools for other uses. It functions easily for easy removal of wiper arm. The fit is perfect for removal of the arm and the other tool can fit for the battery. It came in a secure plastic that was very durable. Highly recommend this product.

I could not find a wiper arm puller locally. It seemed as though it was intentionally absent. Looked on Amazon and found the one listed here. It was 1/4 the price as offered anywhere else. So, I took a chance and ordered it. It came exactly as pictured and worked perfectly. Very well constructed and fit into the tightest area I have ever encountered where wiper arms are connected to the wiper arm motor assembly. No ifs, ands, or buts. Worked well. Would absolutely buy again without hesitation.

it does the job quickly. Could not pry off without tool because window was flexing too much and thought it would shatter.

Attempted to remove wiper arm from 2021 Suburban and could not remove. Arms that grip under wiper arm kept slipping off. Did not have enough contact area or correct angle to stay in contact with wiper arm.
