It works for my snoring
This pillow works great for my snoring issues. I can sleep much better and so can my spouse. Lol This is the 2nd one I've bought. After 3 years of using this pillow the shape of my pillow changed so it was replaced and works like a charm. I take it with me when I travel as well. Yes, it did take a little time to get use to the shape, but now I can't sleep without it.

Wrong neck support, do not buy unless you have a really long neck.
I would give this 0 stars if I could. This pillow caused neck pain in my husband, so I tried it. Then, my neck pain started and extends down to my right shoulder. I went to my monthly chiropractor adjustment/diagnostic massage and it still wasn’t fixed. A few nights later, I switched back to my old pillow and my pain is gone.The neck part of the pillow is too long (and yes I’m positioning it correctly) which causes neck extension that is troublesome. Can’t return it now that we have had it for 5 months and finally found the cause of our neck pain.

Not for everyone. Comfortable, but flat.
While this is very cushiony and comfortable, it is a very flat pillow. If you are a two pillow person under your head, this just won't do it. Also, if you turn to your side, even with the slight bump on the if the pillow, your head will still slant downwards because your shoulder blades are taller than the pillow. Good idea but dumb design.

Simply Amazing Results
The use of this pillow ended literally years of morning discomfort in a single night. It sounds ridiculous but that’s what happened. No more upper body and neck pain. This side sleeper is simply amazed that a simple pillow change could make such a difference.

Did not completely "cure" snoring but it is better. Sleep quality is improved.

Good pillow
The first night I used it I woke up hurting but I’ve had it for over a week now and love it. It’s not the ideal size of a pillow but I’m dealing with it. I have better sleep quality and more support without hurting as much. No smell and the price is high for a pillow but not as much as some other ones

Didn’t sleep up to my expectation

Pillow damaged on receipt. They delayed return process til their "return" date expired.
I ordered the pillow. I slept on it a few night, and it was great. I removed the removable cover to wash, and discovered defects on the backside. I was instantly in touch to get resolution. I sent info immediately as requested. I sent photos. They agreed, and offered a replacement at no cost. After writing to inquire on the status for two months weekly, they notified me today that my request, as of today, has exceeded their return policy and they cannot do what they agreed to do two months ago.Amazon, if you would like copies of my email stream, just ask. I would suggest Amazon ditch Derila as a vendor.I should have paid attention to the reviews. If I could score a zero, I would.
