Encourage every women out there to read this. It is not a lecture on double cleansing and nagging or boring to read. Just a book I now cant live without and frequently go back and take tips and reference from. I have bought for my Sister and Mum who both had some skin and ageing concerns and wanted some tips and new routines. From applying everything I learnt from this book, my skin has NEVER looked better. I took the advise of the book and the products Dr Nigma recommends and have had compliments ever since. IS Clinical everything and the Moisturiser she recommends I order on repeat...a MUST READ LADIES!

Good explanations on how to eat better and have better skin and physical aspect.
This book was recommended to me and, at first the title held me back. I finally gave it a try and I am glad I did. I like the sound advice on healthy food and the references to scientific papers (perhaps a bit of cherry pick here).To me the best part is new recipes and new food to try that is healthy. I also liked the analysis of the physical aspect to identify which foods you should reduce in your diet.Also the positive attitude of the author towards life makes it an inspiring reading.

Seems like hippie-woo, but hippie doctor seems to know what she's talking about.
OK, so I am not into a bunch of hippie-woo based off of unsubstantiated claims. I believe in healthy eating, but I think some people take things way too far. I will say that Dr. Talib actually caught my attention in article with this so called "wine face" idea (an article my mother so "lovingly" sent me), and I have to say, Dr. Talib has it nailed. Everything she says that goes along with "wine face" I had and didn't realize was due to my love of wine. I started following her advice and have noticed a HUGE difference. Definitely recommend.
