Great product! Pros: - It has unlimited possibilities to create your own training sessions. It allows you to program complex combination of different skillsets. e.g., forehand push then backhand loop then backhand flicker, etc. - stable and reliable to feed the ball. so far, I had ZERO issue with the ball choked inside the robot. - easy to set it up. watch the instruction video from phone app, that's very helpful. Cons: - English App needs more improvements. Especially compares to Chinese counterpart. there is no video demonstration and courses. no community to share and get other user's training programs, etc. - the two pieces ball collector can be just metal wires + mesh, instead of current hard plastic piece. the ball hits those parts very easily and bounced everywhere except recollected by the robot. - no replacement accessories available. e.g., catch net, robot parts like wheels, etc. Again, it is a impressive ping pong robot compares to current competitors in NA market. Way affordable than Butter Fly Amicus.

Been using for 6 months. It works and restore my basic stroke fast after 45 years of not playing. Learned advanced technique which I have not learned before. And could play it over and over again without any opponent. It lowers my weight and blood sugar of continuous use. Note the setting your phone app and the pad are not the same. The epad is more accurate in shooting the balls onthe the table.

The robot is incredibly customizable and produces very realistic spin. I really enjoy using it. It has improved my game quite a lot and helps me get a quick warm up before heading to the ping pong club. It’s best to operate it in a relatively clean room, since if the balls pick up dirt, it could damage the robot’s mechanism overtime.

This table tennis robot is truly incredible, and the absolute best value you can get for a table tennis robot. I’ve used flagship robots from other top table tennis manufacturers and I can honestly say that the Omni S is the superior robot in many ways. The Omni-S head moves and rotates automatically to create a TRUE side spin (or any other spin you want) on the ball, and is able to land in any place on the table. The robot comes with pre loaded drills, but the real benefit of this robot is that you can create your own custom drills to practice any shot or game situation you desire. Within hours, I was able to program over 20 custom drills, including short pendulum serves (underpin with left spin) to my backhand, short tomohawk serve (under spin with right spin) to my forehand. Long serves for both tomohawk and pendulum. Half long backspin balls. The faulkenberg drill, short under spin to forehand + long underspin to backhand, underspin to forehand + topspin to forehand and so many more! The spin goes up to 10, but honestly I haven’t used more than 6 for topspin shots and they are KILLER! I am a club level player rated 1700 USATT and I firmly believe this robot will serve my training needs all the way until I am past 2000. If you have any questions - reach out to Pongbot’s customer service team. They respond quickly and they are very helpful. They recently reached out to me with a customer survey and I gave them a list of ideas that I believe would improve the user experience and they said many of those things are already in the works, so it’s nice to know they still want to improve their already excellent product. If you want a great practice partner, buy the Omni S pro!

I bought the same machine from China and shipped it to the U.S. After 6 month, the machine can not connect to the App anymore. And there is not clear indication about how to reconnect. My machine is useless now. Their hardware is good. But software is bad. You get what you paid.

paid much more purchasing it off of amazon than from manufacturer direct, (~40-60% more?) but it would've been very complicated to get directly from Asia due to the size of this so I guess the convenience was worth it. Works quite well
