Battery issue
Dear Team, I purchased a Samsung tablet from Amazon, and since the beginning, I have been facing repeated battery-related issues. The battery drains abnormally and does not perform as expected for a new device. I have contacted Amazon Customer Care multiple times and also visited the authorized Samsung Service Center. Unfortunately, despite several follow-ups, I have not received a proper or permanent solution. The issue still persists, which has caused a lot of inconvenience and disappointment. As a customer, I expected better product quality and after-sales support from reputed brands like Amazon and Samsung. I request immediate resolution—either a proper repair, replacement, or refund—at the earliest. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and necessary action is initiated soon.
