Needed for carbon seat post
Works as described. Really helped seat from slipping without fear of over tension

Fixed all issues with my Peloton bike seat
I had an issue that the seat of my Peloton bike constantly fell during rides. I thought I was too heavy , but although that may be true, the issue was the carbon fatigue. Just a bit of this lube on the bike post fixed it. I don't need to go crazy making the seat super tight (which didn't work anyways), just normal pressure and some of this product was all i needed.

Stopped an annoying squeak
I used this on the seat stem on my rode bike. I had an annoying squeak that took me forever to find and after getting several tuneups without fixing the problem I was finally able to narrow down where the squeak was coming from. I cleaned off the seat stem and it worked well for a few rides but would come back. Finally got this stuff, used a little bit and I’ve had no squeaks for close to a years worth of riding. Really good product.

Seems good
I store it hanging by the tag with the opening at the bottom. It liquifies a bit when you open the cap (meaning liquid separates from the gel stuff). I don’t know if this is normal or if you’re supposed to squish and mix it before using, but seems good and grippy.

Peloton bike seat slip fix
Was recommended this product for a slipping Peloton seatpost. My seatpost would slip 1 to 2 numbers depending on the length of the ride. Applied this product to post and no more slipping. I can tell I will eventually have to reapply, since the seat gets moved around, share bike with my wife. But so far, it's been a month since initial application.

Works extremely well
Wow this is amazing, I had no idea this existed. Used in a carbon seat and drop bars that kept slightly moving even after torquing, a little of this paste and it was SOLID. I even used it on my plastic garmin mount that moved on a heavy bump and now it’s solid.

Like a CHAMP!
I've got a 2022 Trek Domane with a carbon seatpost. I tried tape, I tried basic grit/grease stuff, nothing worked. The basic grit/grease stuff would hold for a little bit, but never felt solid and indeed would, after a few short rides, allow the seat post to slip again. I had a century coming up with a lot of big climbs and needed the seat to stay put. The description of the fiber grip looked good, and so I tried it and love it. I think it's fantastic. During the century, the seatpost never gave any sign of slipping at all. I will add that, in addition to the fiber grip, I added some blue thread locker to the bolt to help prevent it from vibrating back out. Very happy with the solution. Fiber Grip for the win for sure!

Not just for carbon
I had a horrible creak on my full suspension mountain bike that seemed to be coming from the bottom bracket. After multiple replacement BBs I moved away from them and onto my swingarm pivots. After many weeks of different ideas, I finally used this on the threads of the aluminum lower swing arm pivot bolt and the creak went away. I have also used this on an aluminum seat post in a steel frame to stop the seat from lowering. Its not just for carbon.
