I bought these acrylic markers specifically to use on basswood for my crafting projects, and they exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, I was impressed with the quality. They came very well-packaged — not just in a throwaway case, but in a sturdy, reusable storage box that keeps everything organized and easy to access. Before diving into a project, I created a swatch sheet directly on a piece of basswood to see how the colors would show up — and wow, the vibrancy is beautiful! Even on unfinished wood, the colors go on smooth and bold with full coverage. There’s no need to layer again and again just to get them to show up. The markers themselves glide effortlessly while using them. The paint flows evenly, and the tips are precise, making them great for detail work and filling in larger areas. I didn’t experience any skipping or blotching, and the ink dries quickly without smearing, which is a huge plus. I’ve tested a lot of paint markers in the past, and these have definitely earned a permanent spot in my art supplies. If you’re looking for reliable, vibrant, easy-to-use acrylic markers — especially for use on wood like basswood — I highly recommend giving these a try! These things are honestly some of the best acrylic markers I've ever used. They're super duper opaque and the colors are really nice. I do a lot of cartoon art with cell shading and these markers do the trick with their easy layering capabilities. You can practically put light over dark and it covers it almost completely. The price is a plus too especially since other acrylic markers cost way more and they're not as good. Overall I recommend these! They're wonderful!

Love these acrylic markers! They are great quality, super smooth and there’s a color for every vibe. At first I was going to return my mixed media art-book, because the markers I bought before were soaking and stripping the paper, but these are actually fast-absorbing and doesn’t strip my paper. The drying time allows you to work without the worry of your fingers messing up your work. The tip size is great and allows you make fine lines and color it in. I recommend!

Very vibrant and saturated. Definitely a paint marker, dries very fast and has a smooth coat. Doesn’t seem to bleed like other markers have on the paper I use, but I also use multi-media paper, so for less thick paper it may bleed. It doesn’t blend super well, but that’s to be expected as it is a thicker ink/paint. You can get it to blend(right after you apply it before it dries), but it does add a texture. I personally like the texture but it can ruin the look if you want it to look completely smooth. The stickers to apply to the markers were also very adhesive (make sure you like the placement or you might not be able to get it off) and stuck on well. Very happy with the product! The photo is a drawing I did just using the markers to test them out.

Decent acrylic markers! I like the coverage. Out of the 60 colors I purchased, one was dry and the marker completely dead (color #43, which funny enough, seems to be the same marker that dried out for another reviewer! Shame). I still think that these are a good value and lots of fun to use. I wish the pen caps themselves were more accurate to the actual color of the paints. I also feel like the white paint isn't the best, but that is always hard to get right (and easy to replace with a single posca pen). I just really like how many colors come in the set though and I think thats where these markers really shine.

These are the BEST paint markers I've ever had!! You don't have to shake them, they don't get clogged and the color payoff is amazing. I'm super happy with this purchase and have been creating more than ever before. Thanks for a great product!

Wow. I’m genuinely blown away by this product. I expected “good enough” at BEST. The quality for the cost put these in the realm of amazing value. And I work with a BUDGET, okay? They are legit opaque and go on smooth as butter. No scratchiness. There’s no “priming” and they are completely waterproof as far as I can tell. I did run a wet brush over the sphere painting and nothing budged. The markers are not flimsy. They are very light but solid in the hand. The brush tip is exactly what it should be. The colors on the marker are reasonably close to the color of the actual “acrylic paint”. I don’t think these are actually “acrylic” as in “plastic paint” if you know what acrylic is (but I could totally be wrong). I’d call this more of a “waterproof gouache in a marker”. But I get why they just went with “acrylic marker”. More comprehensible. Doesn’t really matter on any practical front though. The only “nitpick” I can offer is that there are limited options in the really dark values. “8” and above according my personal value chart. I don’t find this to be a genuine issue. There’s plenty of “dark enough” and I prefer that if you have to favor one end of the spectrum or the other, I’d favor the light and midtones like they did with this product. But really. Five or six genuinely DARK values would balance the palette more. Rather than just two. At least a really dark green and blue. But that’s REALLY nitpicking. I do know the whole problem with this is opacity. It’s hard to get chemically provide both “super dark” and “opaque” I confess I want more colors. I would definitely pay for more colors at this price value. MAYBE a separate set of just darks? Either way. Great quality for great value. Five stars well earned.

I bought these markers over the summer for my children and they were a major hit. They colored all summer long making beautiful pictures. Recently I forgot as a busy mom to help my daughter with one of her school projects and had to quickly whip something up I was able to get the project done in five minutes with these markers. It looks beautiful and they glide on smoothly. It comes with many different colors to choose from. I just love these markers.
