This device does not work on 5G networks
If you have a 5G home network and your not willing/able to mess with your router, I would not get this device. After several hours of configuring my router, I was able to setup the Smart Plug. Once setup it works great. I would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to fight with my network.

Easy app set up. Timer is great.
Havent used with my Alexa/Echo but works great in the app. Love the ability to turn on or off the lights when we aren't home.

Terrible! Bought two one wouldn't even power on to program, replaced that one and the same issue ...1/3 actually useable! ðŸ˜

Dual apps needed for Alexa.
It was very difficult to connect. Once connected it works well. I don’t like you have to have an app and the Alexa app too.

Works with Alexa and is very convenient
I have several of these in my house and they all work with Alexa. It's so helpful when I forget to turn off a scentsy pot or leave a lamp on.

Gets hot and burns out in about a year.
Bought this last Christmas. It burned out this morning. Just overheated and stopped working. It was hot enough that it could have potentially been fire causing.
