Makes sense but there's a catch
I was enjoying this and it does make sense, however it increasingly became clear it was one long advert to become a client. I will read through the list of literature/studies at the back and maybe look at some of the supplements and do the best I can as I simply can't afford a consultation, which after reading it and filling in a health survey is what the book leads to. Being on benefits it's just too much.
