Great product. The specially designed nozzle permit one to spray a gentle mist or a power jet.The power jet clears the sinuses quickly.Although the product essentially contains saltwater like many similar products, it is the nozzle This product from other saline sprays.

You may want to keep a small towel/napkin/similar around when using this, because some of the saline water will fall back into the lid and spill out as soon you tip the canister in any direction. You will also immediately need tissues, because some of the spray will fall right out of your nose. That said, it works well! It's not going to rinse your sinuses as thoroughly as a neti pot or one of those squeezy bottles intended for nasal irrigation, but it will help break up congestion and reduce sinus pain, and it's great to have around when you're feeling too lousy to deal with a neti pot. Keep in mind that there are instructions for cleaning the cap after each use, which I suspect most people don't do, and you should be wary of bacterial growth if you're holding onto the same canister for a long time without cleaning it. You'll also want to make sure that just one person is using it to avoid spreading germs. Not the most cost-effective way of introducing saline to your nose and sinuses, but very convenient!that you should just have one person using it to avoid

I like this product. I think it's the best on the market. I bought it a couple times when I was super sick and couldn't get out the house. It worked really well. But with my most recent order, the can was damaged internally & the product didn't work. It wouldn't spray in either position at all. No way to tell when the product was damaged. I was refunded. They didn't give me the option of receiving a replacement item, so, my can went in the trash unused. I'll just get it in store from now on.

Great product for nasal congestion, moisturizing , easy to use .

Let me start off by saying I love this product. Coming off a bout with sinusitis, and it was finally the only thing that worked for me.And it honestly would have gotten 5 stars from me.But then I made a second purchase and THIS time the pump didn’t work right. And the whole point of this item is the pump - the fact that you can either use it as a power jet or just a gentle mist, neither of which are working.
