Was very impressed with the quality of the product and the way it was packaged & delivered. It had ice gel packs ,that ensured that the chocolate didn't melt. There was no harmful thermocol in the packaging, which should be mandatory for all food items. Have bought expensive artisan baking chocolate from other sellers, but been disappointed because the chocolates had partially melted & the product was non - returnable, therefore, I think Smoor is a lot better and value for money.

I prefer this to many others on Amazon as it's neutral tasting and i don't have to worry about the baked goods having a 'taste'. Rich quality chocolate and great for brownie, ganache and chocolate nut butters.

Good taste and quality,

The chocolate is of a good quality, but it has not Arrived in proper condition. The chocolate was fully melted inspite of having dry ice packets in it. The dealer should ensure that we receive the product in proper condition.

The quality and texture is amazing. I made chocolate truffles without too many ingredients and it turned out so good. I’ve made with other compounds but never got the same results.
