Unsure if they did anything, I took the recommended amount with the instructions and didn’t feel any different to how the effects are made out

Work well, keep you focused

After noticing a drop in my energy levels and feeling a drop in my testosterone I thought I'd give these a go. Initially I took 2 per day but found they were making me a little irritable sp decided to take a week of and try taking 1 per day and I can honestly say its made a big difference. I've stopped procrastinating. I've felt happier in myself because my Energy level has went up so I'm getting allot more done in my day. The improvement is subtle but even my partner has noticed it. These are quite large captures but are still easy to swallow and they are effective. So if you do decide to take them find the dose that suits you. 1 was enough for me to get a boost but not get annoyed with the small things I wouldn't normally. In conclusion I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a boost in testosterone and energy levels. Don’t know what I was expecting, however seen no noticeable difference in any way.Save your money in my opinion.

Don’t know whether they work for sure , but definitely feel different so maybe they do , so I’ll keep taking them and taste nice too .
