Service person from company came today only (20/01/26) after one month of purchase,on repeated attempt. when he opened and tested noise from motor and he told it's defective. By this time return time over.

Product is good, does the job but is a bit noisy when you increase the speed. However, installation experience was not so good. The installation guy was rude & asked for extra charge for fixing the chimney pipe and gave a illogical reason that it's not included in chimney installation charge. This is because we denied taking the pipe from him which he was charging double the market rate.
