This Winado 4-drawer tool chest with wheels and lock and key is well suited for the homeowner who, along with the matching five-drawer top tool chest, wishes to organize a basic collection of tools for use in the house conveniently. It is heavy-duty enough for such less-demanding service, and will do well for the home handyman. Let me share my experience with this tool chest purchase: I ordered the four-drawer base cabinet with wheels AND the five-drawer top cabinet for exactly that purpose. I received the two tool boxes in two separate shipments. When the four-drawer tool chest with wheels arrived, it had been damaged in the shipping carton. One corner of the base was bent, and one slide on the bottom-most drawer had been separated. The ball-bearings had come out and could not easily be re-installed. I contacted the vendor through Amazon, and within twenty four hours and three or four exchanges of messages, I was promised a replacement tool chest. It arrived within three days, and was in perfect condition. I was very, very pleased. Note to the buyer: unbox your cabinet carefully, with an eye to possibly needing to re-use the foam and cardboard again to ship the item back should that be necessary. Take photographs of any damage before contacting the vendor. Then, rest easy. They will 100% make it right if you have any problem. I recommend this cabinet for the homeowner, and I recommend this vendor to any Amazon buyer.

Price: One of the better deals you’ll get here on Amazon. You can drive to a local store to pick & choose if you have the time to. I just needed one fast while being busy. It’s reasonable because that’s the price we pay for convenience. Storage: I used this for storing extra tools in a shop. It’s big enough to store an essential items. If you are pondering if you need extra space at all (from the picture reference), then get a bigger one from a physical location. This cabinet is small enough to fit in my sedan’s trunk for easy transportation. Quality: Decent for the price, good overall build. The wheels are smooth. If assembled correctly, it’s pretty sturdy. The locking mechanism is smooth too. I like the stainless finishes. Overall: Good price-to-value cabinet (comparing to other online cabinets), decent build & storage. Great for extra storage (small to medium size items).

The cabinet and drawers are functional and well constructed, though the metal used is on the thin side. Fine for light duty use but probably not for a commercial garage or such. For the price I paid I'm satisfied.

The tool box will fell if bounced or uneven floor. The drawer will automatically open, also quality needs improvement.

Like: Color, handle, wheels, drawers open and close smoothly. Plenty of room for my relatively small tool collection. Dislike: Bottom bar has major dent, making the bottom drawer unable to be opened. Couldn't easily determine if it was already defective or damaged in shipping/delivery. Needs to off-gas outside since I live in small apartment. Off-gassing of drawer liners (very cheap and very, very strong off-gassing odors) meant I had to discard liners, boxing, and styrofoam immediately into outside trash. The off-gassing of storage unit itself is much less sickly-smelling. Unit is fairly cheap metal, but durable enough for my needs. Because it is too heavy for me to return myself, and box and packing material had to be thrown away, I'm going to keep it and try a heavy-duty mallet to straighten the dent out. And ask for partial or full refund re dent and smells.

Lots of storage. Rolls real smooth. Perfect size for my jewelry crafts. Assembly was easy. I can lock it if necessary.
