These vitamin drops are really easy to use, and the fruity flavor makes them simple to take first thing in the morning. They do not leave any weird aftertaste. I purchased the liquid B1, B6, and B12 to help with energy and potential neuropathy in my hands. I do a dropper full under the tongue. Tastes like a crushed-up vitamin, but I just take a swig of water afterwards and it's fine. I prefer the liquid to pills for faster absorption. Haven't noticed much on the energy front but not feeling so tingling in my hands.

I wasn't taking any B vitamins before this, except for what was in my multi vitamin. I have hypothyroidism and it helped me get my energy back. I would recommend. Taste isn't bad, as all B vitamins have a strong flavor.

Day 3 i have noticed a good difference in my joint stiffness, It is a bit harsh tasting, but can put it in a drink. Also for me i feel i do not need 1/2 dropper i think its too much for me as i am not defiecient. Thank you! Fast shipping and packaged well.
