Pretty comfortable! Light weight, has some breathable air holes on the sides. comes with some straps that can hold additional natural camouflage or hold other lightweight objects while hiking or fishing etc. Great coverage for keeping the sun our of your face, also great for keeping the rain out of your face. I wouldn't call it waterproof, but it's nice to have outdoors, especially at the price. Comes with a strap that the hat can be put around the back or hung up. Pretty good quality for the price! It's not a keep you warm hat, it's a functional outdoor hat, plus it looks really cool in any design pattern, I own multiple. Not really adjustable, but it fits well on a large head.

Nice looking hat that breaths nicely in hot humid area I live in . Keeps the sun off my face and neck when I’m enjoying my dogs playing outside . Very comfortable . The adjustable band is a nice touch allowing g you to get a great fit on your head like those that stretch do but this allows it to keep its shape better

Comfortable, sturdy without being heavy, fits true to size and is an excellent value. The "green ruin" pattern is essentially a blurry version of woodland camo, making it a nice subdued pattern and color that is not so dark as to make wearing it significantly hotter, but not bright to draw a lot of attention. I bought this as a replacement for my favorite hat that gave out after 20+ years of hikes, vacations and campouts, so it loses one star for being not quite as good on several counts -- vents are smallish and less effective than larger mesh panels, no elastic cord/cord-loc at the base of the crown to ensure a secure fit in high wind, brim is less than 3" in width where closer to 3.5" provides better sun protection without becoming cumbersome. None of these shortcomings were a surprise as the configuration fairly closely follows mil-spec for boonie hats, just disappointing that i can't find a new truly improved version of the classic, when i had one for 20 years. Still the cotton/poly fabric is the main upgrade over original mil-spec -- more breathable than the 100% synthetics and seems to hold its shape better than 100% cotton. All the hats with the other features I wanted were all 100% synthetics, making them less comfortable to wear in more conditions (I own a few and most have been on 1 or 2 outings before going to the back of the closet).Overall seems like a good hat at a great price that I hope to log as many adventures in before needing another.
