My big dogs are no match for this..
A little about our house first... We keep our shoes on inside. We have 2 big dogs & a big back yard full of sand. We get frequent rain, and we have hardwood floors throughout our 2800 sq ft house. Full disclosure we've had a Roborock robot vacuum (Frederick) for several years. Now "Ginger" is his perfect sidekick. While Frederick can pick up as much sand as our dogs bring in, Ginger can mop up the muddy footprints in a flash.Ginger works like a self-propelled lawn mower. You tip the sturdy wand back, hit the power button and she will steer you all over your house. You can mop with two fingers. The mop has a small water container that doesn't hold much, but it doesn't seem to matter. I can mop about 1/3 to 1/2 of my house with one fill-up of water and one dump of the dirty water tank. I do use a tablespoon or so of Fabuloso although it does say that the general cleaners can harm the insides; so far so good for me. It leaves basically a 'film' of water as opposed to a trail of liquid on our hardwood floors. I don't have to run back with a towel and dry behind it to protect the wood, it evaporates quick. As far as using it as a vacuum, it has good suction as it gets any residual sand left behind. I've used it several times and the self-cleaning cycle for the roller seems to work fine, so no smell. I also purchased the roller & filter replacement kit like I do for the vacuum cleaner.

No regular disposable product to buy
I love this mop. I was off work for a few weeks and so I started giving my house a deep clean. My house is all hard floor. I would vacuum the floor with a regular vacuum on the hard floor setting and then get a mop and bucket out for the cleaning. I wondering of a mop existed that did what a vacuum does for dry debris. I also wanted something that I would not have to change a disposable pad regularly. Well, I found this and it is exactly what I was looking for. It cleans the roller itself so there is no disposable items to change, maybe a filter from time to time and I think the roller can be replaced if needed. This wont get a spot up the would normally require and arm n hammer arm strength to remove. But, it is perfect for daily or weekly mopping to keep the floor clean.

Roborock Flexi Pro Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner
As a busy single woman in my 30s with a dog that sheds like it’s his full-time job, the Roborock Flexi Pro has been nothing short of life-changing. Cleaning used to be one of those chores I dreaded—especially after a long workday—but this vacuum-mop hybrid has turned it into something surprisingly manageable (and dare I say, satisfying?).Key Features I Love:1. Hot Water Self-Cleaning & Drying:The self-cleaning and hot-air drying feature is pure genius. I don't have to deal with gross, soggy mop pads or funky smells. Knowing that the roller is freshly cleaned with 140°F hot water after each use makes me feel like my floors are truly spotless—goodbye mystery germs!2. FlatReach & Edge-to-Edge Cleaning:The 180° lay-flat design is a game-changer. It slides right under my low-profile couch, where dog fur and dust seem to conspire against me. The built-in headlights? A lifesaver for spotting every hidden crumb in those hard-to-reach corners.3. Powerful Yet Quiet:The 17,000 Pa suction feels industrial-grade without sounding like a jet engine. It tackles everything from spilled coffee grounds to my dog's hair tumbleweeds. The wet-dry functionality is perfect for my mix of hardwood and tile floors—spills, stains, or dust, it handles them all effortlessly.4. Smart Features:The app control and voice alerts are fantastic for when I want to multitask. It's like having a cleaning assistant I don’t have to micromanage. And since it's portable and lightweight, moving it upstairs or into different rooms is hassle-free.5. Battery Life & Water Tanks:The 50-minute run time and spacious water tanks mean I can clean my entire apartment in one go without stopping to recharge or refill. It feels like it’s designed for people like me—who want maximum results with minimal effort.Downsides?Honestly, the only drawback I’ve noticed is that it’s a little pricey. But considering how much time and stress it saves me, I think it’s worth every penny.Final Thoughts:If you’re a single woman juggling a busy schedule, pets, or just want to reclaim your weekends from cleaning, the Roborock Flexi Pro is a must-have. It’s more than a vacuum; it’s peace of mind wrapped in a sleek, efficient package. Highly recommend!

No suction power
This device picks up almost nothing on rugs or carpets. Even though it supposed to have a self cleaning function, cleaning the tank is a gunky mess. Needles from the Christmas tree were either stuck in the roller and deposited back on the floor a few feet away, or not picked up at all. I wish I could return it, but since I unpacked it late, the return date elapsed. Speaking of unpacking: That also was a nerdy nightmare disguised as intelligent packaging. A simple broom or mop for a few dollars does a much better job than this $ 350.00 device. There are somehow some positive aspects about the Roborock company to add:Even though the return time had expired, the representative on the phone was exceptionally and genuinely pleasant. I just received a full refund. Thank You! While I won't reverse my former evaluation of this product, I do think that the company deserves a mentioning of some positive and highly innovative aspects: The forward motion motor (while unnecessary for functioning purposes) is a nice touch. The easy swiveling function is excellent. While the computer voice is not necessary and annoying after a few usages, the electronic buttons work very well. The water container is also very easy to refill. All in all, the product has some very promising aspects, but it is not quite there yet. After the rather positive experience with customer service and the full refund despite the return experation date, I will give this company another try in the future, perhaps with a Romba alternative?!
