I was actually surprised at the size and I am not sure why since I read the dimensions. The fact that it adheres slightly to my counters is wonderful. I haven't had time to use it yet. Definitely a good value and rolls right up for easy storage. Wipes clean also.

I got this mat specifically because of the measurements. I have gotten better with regular sandwich bread but I want to try rolls and sourdough which need more specific measurements. So far this mat is perfect. Easy to use, easy to wash and the right size for my needs

The size of these slings are a game changer. Highly durable.. easily stored. Seemed to prevent the bottom from burning on your sourdough.As well as protecting your hands when you lift your bread out of your dutch oven. These slings are impressive and reusable. Not sticky or gummy. They fit in a variety of dutch ovens.

Double check the size of your bowl or banneton before ordering. These were smaller than my usual proofing baskets so I am back to using parchment. These are better suited to smaller loaves (bread bowl) size. That being said, they wipe down nicely and work like any other silicone mat I've used before.

Bought for rolling out cookie dough for making Christmas cut-out cookies. So much better than getting your kitchen table full of flour. Wish I would have bought this years ago! Rolls up nicely for storage. I was impressed with how "tacky" it was and stays put while rolling out dough. Sometimes we make calzones or pizza by hand and this would be useful for that as well.

Absolutely LOVE this product! I bought to specially make cinnamon buns so I stop cutting directly on my countertop. This is so incredibly easy to use! The mat itself stays in place when on the counter and is very large making it easy to use! This is also very easy to clean and then I just let it hang dry before putting it away. Definitely recommend this product to anyone considering it, it makes life easier when baking for sure! Overall, great quality and looks the exact same as it did online!
