Onit is a reliable supplement brain, This set comes with alpha brain and shroom tech. I've tried alpha brain before and it’s amazing for mental clarity and memory. First time trying shroom tech and so far it’s good. Helps me with a boost of energy to finish out my workout without feeling fatigued at the end. I take each of these as needed. Happy with them.

I purchased this bundle for its cognitive and energy-boosting benefits. Initially, I experienced a mild headache, which subsided with increased water intake. I observed faster typing and enhanced ability to think and speak on my feet. Additionally, I had more energy at the end of the day, enabling me to complete chores I typically dislike. This supplement bundle is effective for me, and I will use it whenever I need to be exceptionally productive.

These pills don't have a flavor and don't seem to upset my stomach. As to whether they work...there is only a 7 day supply of the "Tech Sport" which is said to be an energy booster. I did not notice a difference in my level of energy other than maybe a caffeine boost. The Alpha Brain is said to increase focus, but I did not notice a difference with it. It might be helpful to know that one product should be taken on an empty stomach and one should be taken with meals, so you can't take them at the same time.

After it "wears off"the energy level /focus you get the worst headache ever !

I have been a fan of Onnit products for a long time. I work in the supplement department of a major health food store and all the Onnit products have clean ingredients and I can definitely tell a difference when I use them.... They are pricey, but I feel they are worth the price when they perform well for me. That said, there is a myriad of excellent brain and energy supplements now available for a lower price tag, so my best advice is to try several and compare to see the ones worth your money for their performance on your specific body.Side note: I have been a Vine member for almost a year and I give totally honest reviews. To earn 5 stars, the products I review have to be really well made, perform extremely well, and have a decent price point. I have no qualms coming back to revise my reviews if products fail to perform or turn out to be junk.
