Great carry-along laptop
This is a great balance of screen size and portability. The keyboard has good fee, the screen is clear and bright, and the processor fast enough for normal use. All in all, a very handy laptop to carry to work, school or on trips. It's much lighter than my 15" Lenovo, so I "borrow" it from my wife when we travel. Battery life is enough for a good day's use. A good laptop that has enough screen estate to actually do work, but not so big as to be clumsy or overly heavy.

Good Quality Laptop
The laptop has been really good so far. It runs really well and fast. It has moments when left unattended that it sounds like something is scratching inside but it goes away. Otherwise it is an amazing laptop. It folds really well and not heavy at all. I think the size is perfect and it is easy to switch between keyboard and touchscreen.

Perfect for school
I’ve had this laptop for a couple months now and have had no issues at all with it! It is compatible with all of my online classes and the touch screen works great for taking notes or playing games every once in a while

Good laptop with some glitches
So far I'm happy with the laptop. The touchscreen works for me for drawing. my biggest grip is that sometimes the taskbar will stay stuck in tablet mode when switching to laptop mode or vice versa, but its pretty easy to fix if you just switch back and forth between modes a few times, or press the windows key. one thing to note is that the keyboard does not work when in tablet mode which is nice, so you're not pressing random keys while you type, but that also means the power button and finger print reader also do not work so if your laptop goes to sleep in tablet mode you have switch to laptop mode to turn it on and unlock it

SCREEN RESOLUTION!
I was really hesitant about buying a laptop. These days everything is so expensive. Also, I knew it would be really hard to find a laptop with a good screen resolution. So, for at least a year now I decided to forget about buying one. However, I bought my ipad and quite a few other things on Amazon and they were great, and every single thing was in great condition and quality. I am still using each item I purchased. They still works perfect and looks great. So, I figure why not just go on Amazon and “ browse” for a while. Browsing really paid off! I decided to buy this laptop because it did have USB ports, as well as a good screen resolution. Well, I receive my laptop yesterday. When I open the boxes I went “WOW” because it was so beautiful. I figured, something had to be wrong with this laptop because you can’t have beauty and quality. To my amazement, the screen was beautiful! And this comes from someone who has a hard time finding decent computers that I can afford. Of course, I have only had this computer about a month. So, I will see how it goes. But, so far I am pleasantly pleased.

So far, so good.
This is my second laptop I ever had. My first one 15 years ago was mega slow But I also did not know what I was buying. This time I asked for advice from my IT department and chose this one. I was looking at cheaper ones but determined that the processor was what I needed. My main purpose was basic... Email, internet browsing, MS office and streaming. It is delightfully fast compared to every other device ive ever had. It fires up quickly. Touch screen works well. Easy set up. So far the only negative is that The sound isn't great when listening to music. There's only 2 USB ports so I had to buy an adapter with more plugs. Lastly as someone else had mentioned, the touchpad is sensitive to where if I remotely rest my hands on it, it will do weird things. For $400 it does the job I needed without breaking the bank. Im not disappointed. Have not tested the battery life as I am always near a plug.
