Product seems to work and note no issues so would recommend using

Capsule is essentially just inulin sourced from Jerusalem Artichokes with multiple extra additives. For price I would rather just buy pure inulin and mix with my coffee.. Nothing wrong with product just expensive for only getting powder in a capsule. As a prebiotic should support better gut health which is ultimate end goal

I was having some serious issues with digestion, so I started taking both the pre and probiotics. I really didn't think it would make a difference, but it has changed my life!!! I would recommend this product.
