This is for those who are thinking of starting an online business and even for those people who are already business owners and want to scale.

What I like about this book is that it's by someone who has actually made 10M doing what the book says to do. It's "in-the-trenches", real world information and advice on how to start and scale an online education business that is applicable to today's time and tech. The book is easy to ready and flows well from Will's humble beginnings to his sale of his e-company for multi 7 figures. Well worth the cost of the book. 5/5

Very insightful and helpful book!

I just finished reading this book, and wow! It’s so easy to read.The author simply guides you through all of the key decisions that you need to make to set up a 7-8-figure online education business. It really is just the bare bones and the necessary steps you need to take. No extra fluff.The chapters are laid out in the order that you generally need to make your decisions.1. Who is your ideal client, and in what niche?2. How will you drive traffic?3. What type of information product will you sell, how to price it, and what type of sales process to associate it with.4. How to write the sales letter and video sales letter.5. Building your funnel.6. How to conduct a decisionary-coaching call, along with a detailed outline for the call, handling objections, and writing your pitch.7. How to weed out unqualified prospects.8. How to build an MVP and service your clients.That covers the first 2/3 of the book, which is enough to set up a 6-7 figure business if you act on it. Then think of the last 1/3 as getting to an 8-figure business.Here are some other parts that I loved.- Chapters 10 & 11. Wow. Go read those chapters.- CEO Daily Workflow → This is GOLD. Easily worth more than the book alone.- The many frameworks, scripts, and breakdowns for writing ads, VSL, pitching your offer, emails, SMS, setting calls, etc.- Giving industry standards for click-through, opt-in, show-up, and close rates.- Price points of other products that are selling right now.- Professional objection handling that I haven’t seen elsewhere.- Preparing to sell your business.I highly recommend getting this book If you are serious about learning how to build an online education business.P.S. - Along with this book, read “Ready, Fire, Aim” by Michael Masterson and “The 10 Pillars of Wealth” by Alex Becker.- “How to: $10M” teaches you the online education business model.- ‘Ready, Fire, Aim” teaches you how to start and grow entrepreneurial businesses in general.- “The 10 Pillars of Wealth” teaches you the entrepreneurial mindset.

Good read, had some good ideas.

Great book nicely laid out and full of knowledge and value. I will have to re-read it because I really want to understand and pursue the action needed to make some great returns on my knowledge as a guitarist. I have been teaching one to one online but after reading the book I have just sold my first couple of online courses! The information in how to 10M is vital to get your customers responding to you and more importantly...buying from you.
