This was the best customer service I've received regarding an Amazon exchange! The trash can worked great for over a year, and the pedal slowly started opening slower. It wasn't a big deal, but I wanted to see if I reached out to the seller to see if they could send a replacement. Luckily, the seller responded very quickly and immediately set up an exchange!!! It arrived quickly, and there was an issue on my part for picking up the replacement, and I notified the seller and they sent out another one very quickly!! It arrived in less than a week. The seller has been extremely helpful and nice, showing a lot of care for me as a customer. I would definitely recommend them because their service is exceptional. Thanks again!!!

So disappointed! Had this set up less than a year and the foot pedal broke. For the price that’s rough. It looked really nice and I loved the sizing. Contacting seller and hoping for a refund.

This trash can arrived without any damage. It is the perfect size, however, the step takes a lot of effort to operate and seem it will be a breaking point. The steel rod is directly in contact with the plastic step, that has plastic pivot points. The metal layer is really thin for this step and does not provide any additional support for the needed weight to get the step to operate the lid. The soft close function is nice, but the step does not allow for easy open. If you buy this, be prepared to reinforce the step to extend the life of this trash can. We are going to give this can a try, but will update once we make a decision. UPDATE 9/6/24: The trashcan is holding up and the step is less stiff. Still uncomfortable with the design, but stepping on it slowly seems to work. I don't open it all the way unless I need to change the bag. It is holding up well. Will update if anything happens. Update:11/9/2024: The step lever broke. Right at the PLASTIC hinge. Poor engineering and materials. Looks nice, but not going to last 6 months. Update: 11/11/2024 Seller was very responsive, got a reply and resolution within 24hrs. Hopefully this will last longer than six months.

I was very pleased with this purchase. If it’s alongside the cabinet and is easy to open and a very quiet, slow closure. I’m using it for recycled, plastic and other newspapers. I would definitely recommend this product. I can’t see any downside because it fits my kitchen very nicely

We bought this trash can and I really liked it. Less than a year in and the foot pedal has broken. Small plastic piece snapped off from regular use. I would like to find a replacement part, but unsure how. Before it broke, it was a five star.

I’m writing this review after having this product for about six months. This is a slim trashcan perfect for my kitchen because I live in a small apartment efficiency actually. It doesn’t take any room very pleased with my purchase so I decided to write this review you can’t go wrong with this product.

I love this trash can bc always I’m looking for same size and for real I really need it, my old can is broken but I been with that like 3 years So are strong so very happy with my can. Thanks.
