I literally love the design of the faucet, and was unable to find such a design with any other model/brand. 2. Under sink aquaguard ensures tidiness, but not having bulky purifier hanging on wall and multiple wires and pipes hanging around 3. Countertop faucet ensures easy availability of water anytime (considering you have 24x7 power) 4. Fast dispensing of water and refilling of tank (15 mins to refill and 15 mins to dispense the entire tank) 5. System is compatible with double door refrigerator with built in water cooler 6. Capacity of tank is enough for a small family (or even big, it just takes 15 mins to refill the entire tank) 7. Wheels are really helpful in moving or adjusting its position when tank is full 8. No music during dispensing (:d) 9. Installation was a breeze was was done within 2 working days. The best thing was that technician did not try to force fit chargeable accessories (such as external filter, pressure regulator, etc). 10. 8 stage purification with active copper technology to infuse copper, magnesium and calcium (not 9 stages, as they are also counting taste adjuster as a purification stage which ideally is not). 11. Taste of water is similar to bisleri can water we used to have before, so to say it tastes kind of perfect. 12. As per website, saves 40L water everyday as opposed to normal RO's. ➖ CONS 1. Refill system- I consider this as a con since even if you dispense a glass of water, system starts filtering water. It could have been made to only start filtration process when tank is half empty or quarter empty. This way so many frequent starts could be avoided. 2. Won’t comment on reject water because it is part and parcel of RO purifier. Not cons but rather pov: 1. Power dependency- Not exactly a con since that is the way under sink purifier is supposed to work. Since it has a faucet which is above its level and by laws of science you need power to lift water to the faucet installed on counter top. Without power you wont have access to purified water. So, make sure to store some water if your area has frequent power cuts and you dont have power backup. 2. Since it’s a countertop installation, and faucet is supposed to be ideally on countertop, installation should include drilling on platform. But sadly, it’s not and technician here asked 800 for that. I rather got a set of 5 diamond drill bits for 300, and installed it on my own, saving 500 and owning a set of bits. But still it cannot be counted as a con, since company is proving installation bracket by default which is a part of service, and counters come in different types and thickness making it difficult to standardize it as part of the service. 3. Company can increase height of faucet as in default installation, it won’t be able to accommodate most of your water bottles. I increased the height by 1.5 inches by having a cylindrical steel block in between platform and faucet. (image of modified faucet attached) 🔨 PERFORMANCE 1. Refills tank in 15 mins 2. Dispenses 6.6L water in 15 mins (till tank is empty) 3. Reduces hardness to 1/10th of incoming water (in my case supply is of ~400ppm, so output comes around ~40ppm) -This is with taste adjuster in closed position. Can be opened to increase ppm, but can be done by technician only as you need to open the purifier and it may void warranty. A few models have easy to access adjuster valve. 🏆 VERDICT I don’t think there is any other under sink water purifier to beat the performance and elegance of designo nxt model. I have not had any issues as such and would highly recommend this model, as it get rid of clutter of normal purifier (cables and pipes) and adds class to the kitchen. Also, I am using Eurekas aquaguard for more than 15 years (Nova, Aquasure and now Designo) and haven’t had any sort of trouble with their quality or services.

Product is good but service is worst. Initially within 3 months they took original ro filter saying its gone and replaced with some used filter. Later last filter service they did not come and after few months they are calling asking otp without service being done and demanding money because its out of warranty. Customer care and grievance also is pathetic.

I would recommend this product. A single unit that has all the required filters. Water quality has also improved. Things to know before buying: 1. You will have to get the pipe connection and eletric socket setup before installation. 2. Installation partner will only plug the wires and pipe. 3. Check with your installation partner if he's going to do all setup or just installation. 4. Check the water tds before and after installation.

Bought it to replace the old Aquaguard that we had for nearly 20 years. This is just UV only filter since we live in Mumbai and water has low TDS by default. It is working fine so far without any issues.

Very good product...

Makes lot of noise which must be avoided at any cost. Go for an RO which has individual units to be installed. After ai bought this and realized that Kent used by my friends have no noise at all.
