The directions are in Polish.....how do I use this product?

It's a leave-in conditioner. After shampooing, on towel dried hair, before any styling products. Don't rinse.

What are ingredients in this? Is there alcohol of any kind?

Can you apply it to dry hair

My son uses it in his hair when dry. I think it has better results on damp hair. I use it as a heat protector. My hair was fried due to color processing and this product made it easy to comb.
