Good coffee, not to strong in flavor, with a smooth taste. Great coffee for not to strong of caffeine. I like the fact that its fresh beans and we can grind the beans to our consistency. The bean has a nice brown color which indicates well dried. The bean is on the smaller size bean, with an aroma that smells so good. Like i said the bean is on the smaller size. over all the functionality is great for a good cup of coffee.

Amazon Fresh Colombian Whole Bean Coffee is a decent value Coffee. It's definitely not a medium roast Coffee though. I have always purchased medium roast coffees, regularly from a Florida Coffee roaster unless they are behind on shipments. In that case I look to try other medium roast Coffee to fill the gap. That's how I came to try Amazon Fresh Colombian Whole Bean. I used the same amounts of Coffee beans and water for the first brew. It was very strong and had a strong taste which I wasn't particularly fond of. I am reducing the amount of Coffee to find a desirable taste. This morning was day two. It was still a bit stronger than I prefer, but the taste was much better. I will reduce the Coffee amount just a bit more, which should give me what I'm looking for. I compare this Coffee to Eight O'clock Colombian Peaks as far as flavor. Amazon Fresh Colombian is a slightly higher quality than is Eight O'clock Colombian Peaks. I can tell this by the richness of the flavor and smoothness. So, if you like Eight O'clock Colombian, you'll most likely enjoy Amazon Fresh Colombian a bit more. The price for this Coffee is very good. If I could give it 3 1/2 stars I would, because it is above average, but just not exceptional.

A wonderfully bold flavor without bitterness. I do a slow brew, compared to a fast drip, and it brings out the flavor. I'm hooked. I have it on auto order and when I'm out, I know it. Other coffees just don't taste the same. The size works for me. I don't need 15 different brands when one will do. I drink it all hours of the day. The caffeine is not over whelming. The smoothness of any coffee is a must and this brand nails it. The blend is fantastic and always consistant. You will love this coffee.

Good coffee but not my ideal flavor profile. The coffee beans are small and roasted just right. I grind it to a medium size for drip. It is a standard 12 oz bag which fits just right into my grinder hopper. The flavor is just not for me. Still a good cup of coffee but I'll switch back to the Columbian option rather than Donut blend.
