Surprisingly accurate!
I had my doubts about this watch—particularly the BP accuracy— but it was cheap enough to give it a shot. I measured it against a nice Omron digital BP monitor, three times. The difference averaged out to about 5 on systolic, and 2-3 on diastolic. Then I had a nurse take two readings with an analog meter, one immediately following a watch reading and one at the exact same time as the watch reading. The first reading had about 4 points difference in systolic, 2 points in diastolic. The reading taken at the same time produces the exact same systolic and 2 points off in diastolic, which was a great comparison, I feel. This last reading leads me to believe it’s a moderately to very accurate piece of equipment. And well worth the the cost.Minor drawbacks: if the automatic wrist raise sensor is turned on, it turns on at inopportune times when you turn your wrist a certain way. For example, it lights up , when all I do is turn over onto my side. It also needs charging more often than other smart watches I own, probably because the screen is on more often. It seems solid as a watch, but this is not a Garmin or other sports watch. It does not have a great glass, nor is the case super heavy duty (I believe it’s a high impact f plastic). I wouldn’t be wearing this on overnight hikes or working in the yard if I wanted to keep it looking good, but I do believe it is a good light duty fitness tracker.

Body measurements are great to give history of general health situation.
This watch looks great! I like that it will monitor sleep, heartrate, oxygen level, and even blood pressure, but I find that the blood pressure is always about 7 points high for both the SBP and DBP are about 7 pts high. SO if it says 130/87, it is really 123/80. But it is really convenient to be able to check at any time of the day, when I am exercising or working in yard etc. Also the stress level measure if interesting. I am not sure how it is calculated but is right in that as I am in a stressful situation the number goes up, for me it is usually in the normal range. Also like it is counting steps and displays the current temp. However, all of these automated measurements seem to stop somewhere around 20% battery so I just charge it when I take shower. I find it uses about 10 to 15% of battery each day and the charging while I shower etc. every morning is even to fully charge before the day starts.

Good value!
For the price, this is a solid fitness watch that does all the basics and then some. I bought this for my husband due to the tactical/sporty style, and he likes it so far. He works on cars regularly and the screen still is intact, so it seems fairly durable. If it does get broken, I'd probably just grab another one of these rather than one of the expensive brand names! The watch is rather large and bulky, so if you have a small arm/wrist, I think it might not look right.

It's better than many others but needs polish
I have many watches in the same class as this one and I must say that although it doesn't have a flashlight it's has other features that kinda makes up for the lack of a flashlight, still. It cost-🌟The one I didn't know about is one I really need and that's the stress sensor. It's best to test when you're around those special people in your life to see how much stress they are throwing at cha and adjust the time you spend with em as you see fit.It has a weather apps built-in that needs to have the location programmed in when it should be GPS automated in the app that needs to be linked to your phone in order to workIts not a true travelers watch -🌟Battery is ok but it could be much better, what I'm seeing is something strange. I charge it up and I believe it goes to 💯 but what seems to be a short time later I see 84% like clockwork!I know im not losing my mind but to be sure I'll test it again and update as soon as I find out -🌟2 apps don't work in the background. Blood pressure and blood oxygen they must be pulled up and observed as needed. It has AI watch face selections and so it's going to be possible to download virtually anything you can dream of within limits of course, I tested it and it's great! 😎If you know about this class of watch I don't need to tell you about the other standard physical app that's built-in to what seems to be all of em.If this didn't have the stress sensor this watch I would probably have sent it back but since it has that sensor I find it a handy watch to have in social situations but as a daily driver I'm not sure about that one yet.Untill I find another watch that matches the performance of my other watch (in the same class) in terms of battery consumption BUT doesn't cause my skin to itch because of the laser (don't know why but its the only one that does about 12 after putting it on) I'll probably keep buying them but my patience is wearing thin 🤨Update: Upgraded to 4 stars.I would like to give it an extra star and it deserves it but my position stands.I normally don't Upgrade stars but this watch deserves it. 😎

Water Resistance 100%
So, this watch has a "Find My" feature that I tried to use the other week to no avail. Well I gave up and just kinda left it alone for another week.... Well my wife did the laundry and after having the wash in a 2 hour soak, as she relocated the wash to the dryer, well out pooped the little bugger! It was dead as a doornail and I'd (of course) misplaced the charger! Once I found that sucker, this thing booted right up with no problem.... Crazy
