This is my first drone, and I knew it wasn't a professional one before I ordered, based on price and features, but I'm very impressed with what you get for your money with the one. The drone is easy to fly, has 1 button take off and land, and the remote adjustable camera is very cool for getting different angle shots. The app was top notch and the gesture activated photo or video was handy. Video was immediately reviewable on my phone in the app. I really like the snap on rotor protectors; they probably saved the drone when I accidentally let it fly into a wood pole. Also, it's hard to get in trouble with the emergency exit, make sure the drone isn't flying high... once you activate it, the rotors stop almost immediately and the drone drops. You may need to remove your phone from it's case if you want to use it on the controller. Oh, and having 2 batteries let's you keep flying longer than most. The battery is easy to charge and easy to swap out. The case holds everything and makes the drone super easy to carry along on a day trip or afternoon outing. The 360 flip is pretty cool, it will flip either vertically or horizontally. Really fun and easy to use.

For the price, this drone is an absolute steal! It feels sturdy in hand and performs way beyond what I expected. Setup was a breeze and the controls are super intuitive. The camera delivers clear, smooth footage and I was impressed with how well the battery holds up. Cannot say the same for videos as the frame rate is low. It even manages light wind conditions without any issues (please note, light or no winds. In slightly windy conditions, it cannot stay stable and may crash as well). The media could not be loaded. First off, the "4K UHD 3840 x 2160 stabilized" video footage? The best I could get was 640-360 at (supposedly) 25FPS, but I think I got maybe 12fps on the ONE video I was able to shoot. Glitches, massive frame drops. Horrible rolling shutter. The video is absolute garbage.So, I am new to drones, but a long-time RC enthusiast (I was once sponsored by PARMA, so I've been in the game *that* long). I know how to set up and dial in remotes: single stick, duals, pistols, motions, multi-channel / bands, etc. Sunny, calm afternoon. Everything was dialed in, and trimmed -per- the instructions. A few flights around my back yard at about 10.' Nominal. Third flight: climbed to roughly 20.' 100% unobstructed LoS. Drone glitches sideways 2', rotates 360° on its own. I let the sticks center, and the drone SHOOTS UP to at LEAST 150' totally out of control. Still full LoS. I hit the emergency landing button repeatedly, the unit yaws back and forth, rotates again, takes off, and is *gone*.I am now out of a drone, and out the not-too-cheap cost of this drone.I am really quite angry about this. The seller or the manufacturer owes me my money back.

Decent drone. Camera is made for pictures and not video. Framerate is low but the quality of still images is good.Issues with maintaining calibration makes precision flying unreliable.Some nice features. No problem getting my phone to sync with the drone’s camera. I was able to control the camera angle remotely, but on a minor crash the camera motor no longer works. Must’ve hit it just right, but really sucks because I WAS going to use this to check residential solar panels.

Bought this based on customer reviews of how easy it was to operate. Had several tech people look at it and confirm, it just doesn't work. Can't connect to it, can't fly it, batteries won't charge. I guess we got a dud. Was really looking forward to using it to document a project we are starting.UPDATE: The customer service team reached out to me within a few days and offered me a full refund. I was very impressed with their quickness to do so. I love a company that is accountable. Thank you again!
