Very happy with my porch. It was easy to put together.

Steps worked out perfectly for use in our garage. Very well made and sturdy...no rattles. Like the large, roomy platform and depth of the steps. Delivery was easy to set up and went smoothly. Very pleased all around.

The steps were delivered about two weeks earlier than confirmed. Driver helped unload the steps. Steps were strapped to a skid and then wrapped in stretch wrap. Arrived in great shape. We received two phone calls pertaining to shipment prior to delivery. Took about one hour to decide on how we would setup on our coach and assemble. We live on a lake front and there is always wind. The platform is large enough to step out from the coach and then close the door. The railing provides a firm surface to tie the door open during heavy wind. Railing and platform are firm, and do not rattle. We washed down the hand rail, and applied a coat of automobile wax to seal the surface. Perfect choice for our application. I recommend this product.

This platform is very sturdy and since it is all aluminum (almost), it will last forever. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but there are 2 problems. The biggest problem is that the handrails for the steps don't fit. When the handrail is inserted in the slot at the top of the steps as shown in the assembly instructions, it extends 5 inches beyond the slot it is supposed to fit in on the bottom of the steps. If I could just get a correct size replacement for the handrails that would be great, but I am certainly not going to go through the major hassle to return the entire huge platform just because the handrails are the wrong size...especially since that never should have happened in the first place (quality control...really?). The other issue is that the 1.5-inch square tube for the leg supports is made of steel and not aluminum. The ones for the bottom of the steps are painted gray, but the other 4 that support the legs of the platform are just bare uncoated steel. At least they also could have been painted gray to protect them from weathering, but instead I had to do that myself. Also, the fact that they are steel instead of aluminum means that eventually they will rust whereas the aluminum will not.

We got these in February but just got them set up for our camping site last weekend. A couple of things, the hubby cut down the guard rail a bit so it sits more like a deck rail. The hand rail going down the steps is a bit wobbly but husbands got something in mind for that too. We love the fact that it was very adjustable for different surfaces. Delivery took a long time, nearly two months, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us
