This tastes great and is good for hydration and recovery. I use this when hiking or riding my bike and couldn't be more happy. I have found my new sports drink. I use 24oz bottles when riding and I use 1 and 1/2 scoops but I do have a sweet tooth so you will have to see what works best for you. Can't wait to try the other flavors. It is a little pricey but to me well worth it!

Nothing to complain about here. Pretty decent taste for a zero sugar drink. Mixability is decent, takes a bit of stirring to get it all mixed up. I put it in a shaker bottle and it seems to incorporate much better. Overall I really like it.

Mine measured 2g more than was listed on the label. According to the label they are being honest, and the tub size might be because the powder is dense enough to make burying the scoop very difficult, and the scoop probably has such a long handle because this powder takes to the air very easily. This is just my guess however. But yes according to the weight biosteel provided what they claim to. I'm surprised by how much I like the rainbow twist flavor. I was afraid it would taste too much like a neon chemical hazard, but I actually think it's nice. Not too salty not too sweet. Add the NSF sport label and I'm happy with this purchase.

Biosteel is good stuff! In the past, I had used BCAA's in the past for recovery after Crossfit workouts. They did work pretty well, though I was using them for muscle recovery and not necessarily hydration. I was at an NHL hockey game, and saw Biosteel advertised on boards. I googled it, and saw that it was both a hydration and recovery product. Since many of the NHL teams use Biosteel for recovery, I decided to order a container and give it a try. It is a bit on the sweet side, so I use 1 scoop per 20 oz of water. Regarding recovery, you will notice the result almost immediately after consuming. It works amazingly well ! The only down side is the price. At about $31 - $32 / container, it is a bit pricy. It works out to be about $0.70 per serving. That is my primary reason for giving it a rating of 4/5 instead of a 5/5.
